Hayley Rose “Yoga has been an important part of my Self Care that continues to unfold in beautiful ways. When I discovered Meridian Yoga Therapy two years ago something clicked within every cell of my Being. The combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yoga completely expanded and deepened my practice. There is so much Wisdom and Sacred Knowledge in these ancient systems that we can use for Self Learning and Healing. In this class we will use acupressure points to bring Awareness to the Energy Pathways in the Body and release any tension we are holding. Our nervous systems will be balanced and regulated. Hope to see you in the Secret Garden. 💚 Hayley Rose”

Clay Creation Workshop; Day 2
Day 2: Glazing & Finishing Your Creation
It's time to bring your clay creation to life! During the second workshop, you'll learn the basics of glazing and choose from a variety of beautiful colors to make your piece uniquely your own. We'll talk about how different glazes work, how they change during the firing process, and techniques for creating a beautiful finished piece.
Once everyone has finished glazing, your creations will be fired in the kiln one final time. This second firing transforms the glaze into a smooth, durable, glass-like finish, making your pottery both beautiful and long-lasting.
When the kiln has cooled, you'll be able to pick up your finished masterpiece—a one-of-a-kind piece that you created from start to finish. Whether you made a soap, sponge dish, or a timeless bouquet, you'll leave with a handcrafted keepsake to enjoy for years to come.

Victoria's first authentic encounter with yoga was in 2004. She spent a month at an Ashram in Southern India and it was such a profound experience it changed her life! She's been practicing ever since and has shared her love of yoga with others for the past 10 years.
Qualified in Hatha (200 Hour), Yin (100 Hour), Restorative (50 Hours) and Chair Yoga (25 Hours), her favorite is soothing Restorative where she loves to help people de-stress and unplug from the modern world and reset body, mind and spirit. Her goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone and she likes to use lots of props in her classes.
Victoria is also a strong believer in Karma Yoga - selfless service to others and kindness to all living beings. She has a huge heart for animals and saves as many as she can. She believes in community, which is one of the reasons she moved to Wrightwood in 2023.
Victoria's favorite quote is "yoga is not about being good at something. It's about being good to yourself".
